RETURN POLICY
Withdrawal / Return - Exchange of Products
You have the right to return or exchange your entire order or part of it within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. The shipping date of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the courier on the receipt of collection.
If the return is not made within 60 days, then MEGAOUTLETSPORTS SA may not accept it.
To exercise your right of return - exchange, you must:
Complete and send the "Product Exchange / Return Form" located on the back of the Retail Receipt or Delivery Note/Invoice that you received with your order.
Send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, meaning it must be complete, undamaged, and without the product's special markings having been removed, within the packaging in which you received them.
Products must be returned by you exclusively via the courier company that delivered them to you, namely ACS COURIER.
Important:
For hygiene reasons, products that may affect personal hygiene cannot be returned. Some of these include:
Underwear
Swimwear (bottoms)
Socks
