Having become a symbol in France, the Air Max Plus has now released a version with a touch of tricolour.
The Nike Air Max Plus France features a sleek black base adorned with a striking white grid pattern, reminiscent of the fencing found near parks and playgrounds in certain neighbourhoods. There are other references to France, too. One can discern the numbers 9 and 3 on the tongue tabs, a playful nod to the Seine-Saint-Denis area where this pair of trainers became a massive hit. At the top of each tongue, a subtle French flag is elegantly incorporated behind the iconic Swoosh logo.
